Due to upcoming DC move, we'll have to migrate some resources used for CI/QA in the Stream delivery pipeline.

While Stream infra itself will remain where it is, some remote resources from community cage need to move elsewhere, and AWS and ephemeral EC2 instances seems to be a good match for the needs.
