There are a few things wrong with this weeks CentOS Stream cloud images.

There are some bad images.  They are so bad that you can't even do a sha1sum on them.

      • CentOS-Stream-GenericCloud-x86_64-9-20250811.0.x86_64.qcow2
      • CentOS-Stream-Vagrant-9-20250811.0.x86_64.vagrant-libvirt.box
      • CentOS-Stream-Vagrant-9-20250811.0.x86_64.vagrant-virtualbox.box

The sha-sums are empty for all of the "latest" images.  Even if the files are correct for the corresponding images that "latest" is linking to, the "latest" sha-sums are empty.  But there are also some images where the sha-sums are empty.  Those correspond with the messed up cloud images.

Find out what is wrong and fix it.
