      Hi,

      in the past centpkg tool was able to recognize Ystream target for building without any arguments, unfortunately the plain `centpkg build` fails at the moment (kinit was called, `koji -p stream hello` works ):

      $ centpkg build
      Checking rhel-target information:
      Could not determine RHEL state of this package
      GSSAPI authentication failed. Have you run kinit?

      The workaround is to set --rhel-target latest or --target.

      Is the change expected?

      Would you mind looking into the issue?

      Thank you in advance!
