Update kickstart configurations to remove legacy XFS filesystem creation parameters: -m bigtime=0,inobtcount=0.

Remove bigtime=0 and inobtcount=0 from all mkfs.xfs commands within kickstart files.

New server builds will use the modern RHEL defaults for XFS.

This change enables support for timestamps beyond the year 2038 (bigtime=1) and improves filesystem check performance (inobtcount=1).

Included originally for compatibility with RHEL 8 kernels, timestamps are important and should be done asap.
