Due to some workload rebalance (and also parallel DC move project for Fedora/CentOS using consolidated hardware), there is a IBM Power9 that can be then used for Stream (and supporting more ppc64le kojid builders)

This ticket is used to track the required work for this but I'll also link the internal ticket that will be used to track the racking operation (removing from one rack, adding into stream rack, same DC but different cage)
