There was a bug in rpm that caused builds to failed. That is not a pipeline problem.

However, the failed builds left behind files that prevented future builds of the same NVR to succeed, even after the faulty rpm was removed from the buildroot.

This is caused by a bug in Koji. It was fixed by https://pagure.io/koji/pull-request/4092 and the patch has been released in 1.35.0.

This task failed on the srpm mismatch caused by a bug in RPM:
      https://kojihub.stream.rdu2.redhat.com/koji/taskinfo?taskID=5886090

GenericError: srpm mismatch for /mnt/kojishare/koji/work/tasks/6140/5886140/openssl-libs-debuginfo-3.5.0-5.el10.aarch64.rpm: (none) (expected openssl-3.5.0-5.el10.src.rpm)

However, it appears that it managed to import files before failing:
      https://kojihub.stream.centos.org/kojifiles/vol/koji02/packages/openssl/3.5.0/5.el10/

The task completed on 04 Jun 2025 15:06:01 UTC, and the last modified time on the files is 2025-06-04 15:06

When the task was restarted (still with broken rpm), it failed earlier with a different error

      https://kojihub.stream.rdu2.redhat.com/koji/taskinfo?taskID=5886556

GenericError: Error importing archive file, /mnt/kojishare/koji/vol/koji02/packages/openssl/3.5.0/5.el10/src/openssl-3.5.0-5.el10.src.rpm already exists

This pair of tasks shows the same issue, except the broken rpm has been untagged in between:
      https://kojihub.stream.rdu2.redhat.com/koji/taskinfo?taskID=5887276
      rpm-4.19.1.1-15.el10, srpm mismatch

      https://kojihub.stream.rdu2.redhat.com/koji/taskinfo?taskID=5888160
rpm-4.19.1.1-12.el10, still fails on the import error
