https://gitlab.com/redhat/centos-stream/modules/python36/-/commits/stream-python36-3.6-rhel-8.10.0?ref_type=heads no longer syncs to dist-git, because a commit was pushed to dist-git directly and not pushed up into RHEL GitLab before someone added a new commit to that branch. I outlined how to fix this in OSCI-8271 but OSCI doesn't have permissions to modify RHEL repos like this.
