We have first real draft builds in the CS Koji:

      linux-sgx-2.25-3.el10,draft_76358
      linux-sgx-2.25-3.el10,draft_76370
      linux-sgx-2.25-3.el9,draft_76379

Update the docs to cover draft builds.

It works for packages that have onboarded like this:

      1. A merge request is opened in gitlab like previously
      2. A draft build is created in Koji and Brew internally. The build lands in c10s-draft (or c9s-draft) and there can be multiple builds with the same NVR.
      3. Tests run on this draft build. These are the same tests that would normally ron on builds in c10s-gate (c9s-gate). There's no Zuul anymore for these builds.
      4. When MR is merged, the build gets promoted to a real build and lands in c10s-candidate (c9s-candidate) - although at the start it might still go through c10s-gate (c9s-gate) initially.
      5. the rest continues like previously

More and more packages are expected to switch to draft builds.
