KONFLUX-6134 - CentOS stream RPM Builds in Konflux

What would using Konflux for building CentOS Stream mean?
Konflux: https://konflux-ci.dev/
Step 1: A prototype fake build - CS-3012
Let's take the test package: https://gitlab.com/redhat/centos-stream/rpms/redhat-internal-test-package
Build it in Konflux and import the results into Koji.
Ensure the pipeline is publicly accessible, as well as all the artifacts etc.
Because it's not a real package we ship, we don't need to be that worried about getting every single build 100% correctly. So it's safe to use for experiments like that.
Step 2: Feedback!
See what it looks like from "the outside" (for non-Red Hatters) and ask for feedback.
The goal is to determine if we can use this Konflux pipeline for real CentOS Stream builds.
Where do we collect the feedback?
