Someone wants to quickly try a thing on CentOS Stream, does "podman run --it centos" which resolves to "latest" and it gives them an EOL CentOS 8 mage. 

What if we make the "latest" point to "stream10" (the latest released version) to make stuff like this Just Work™?

I remember we talked about it in the past, but can't remember why we haven't done that.
