I know we haven't officially launched CentOS Stream 10 yet, but from my conversations with asamalik@redhat.com and tdawson@redhat.com this will be happening soon. Currently the quay.io/centos/centos container image has a stream10-development tag. Before we make the launch announcement, we should ensure a stream10 tag exists, without the development suffix.

As a stretch goal, I would love to also see a plain 10 tag. The reason for the separate 8 and stream8 tags was the two separate variants we did of version 8. We're now two major versions in to only having the single variant, so I think it would be appropriate for 10 to be an alias for stream10, or a tag pointing to the same image as the stream10 tag.
