here's a bunch of scripts that run on Fedora's master
Mirror to make it faster/easier to mirror everything.
 The scripts are:

...and generate a fullfiletimelist file. Fabian probably knows about it
already, but if not ping James.

We need to get the scripts on CentOS Stream master, and then update the Jenkins scripts so that the script get's run each time we push an update to mirrors.
