We recently ordered a new storage server (cheap and slow storage) that will become another koji volume to move archived builds (like centos stream 8)

DoD:

• storage machine is configured for OOB
• OS is installed with software raid layout
• Fully under ansible control
• added through ansible as other volume for kojihub.stream.rdu2.redhat.com
