As there are now composes for Stream 10 , we should prepare what's needed (infra side) to receive original compose tree[s] and let these be pushed/pulled to :

• mirror (third-party) network , going through rsync.stream.centos.org
• AWS Cloudfront setup (S3 bucket used as origin) for mirror.stream.centos.org
