While the Jenkins imagestream in openshift is using official imagestream from RH catalog, it seems that it's not updated anymore in RH catalog and that a new image was built instead.

We should verify what needs to be done and then point to new image (and test it) to be able to use latest/supported LTS version on our ocp cluster
