At work I can only access CentOS repositories through Artifactory, which is one of the few things that can access addresses outside of the company network. This Artifactory instance will be retiring the support for http://mirror.centos.org/centos by the end of the year. We're already migrated to new Artifactory mirrors that use https://mirror.stream.centos.org, but there's one thing missing - the new address does not have this file http://mirror.centos.org/centos/RPM-GPG ... S-Official

Please copy this file to the new mirror. If this is not done, I will have to insert this file as a here-doc everywhere it's used.
