UEFI is broken for AWS x86_64 images

      While onboarding CS10 AMIs to Testing Farm for x86_64 we found out that using `uefi-preferred` mode results in non bootable EC2 instances.
      I am attaching the console logs.

      The current workaround is to boot the images in `legacy-bios` mode.

      The aarch64 images work well with UEFI.
