CentOS MBS has frequent outages

https://mbs.stream.rdu2.redhat.com/module-build-service/2/module-builds/ currently returns a 504 Gateway Timeout. It worked earlier today, but the same happened last Friday as well. I remember running into this once or twice last year as well. After this happens, the module builds sometimes end up in inconsistent states.

I only make a handful of module builds per year, so I don't know how often this really is, but it feels like you hit an MBS outage for about 1/3 of module builds.
