module build stuck for hours, days

So the time since module build has been submitted to when the last component of that module successfuly complete it's build, was 1-2 hours.

From then, the module hasn't finished for another 24 hours !!

After that I've canceled the build.
I've re-submitted the build today, in hope of the infra getting better, but despite the build not rebuilding anything (everything already completed), it runs on, and on and on ...
