      rpms/golang lack c8s branch, so CentOS Stream 8 still on golang 1.20

      On koji we see, that build for c8s exists and green ✅
      But in appstream we still have version 1.20

      We try to resolve this with internal Nexus repository, but stuck's in another mock problem. Please take a look, it will be nice to see golang 1.21 for c8s ASAP, cause many of previous year packages could not be build on lower golang versions (security & performance reasons)
