Now that there are enough built packages for CentOS Stream 10, we should be able to kick some compose jobs but it's actually not working.

Reason is that runroot plugin dynamically mounts the koji volume to a different location but runroot config itself doesn't know about new koji02 volume (where CentOS Stream builds are located per build/storage policy)
