The -bd feature from https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/pull/1922 is extremely useful for resolving dynamic build requires in rpm specs without having to build the source rpm. As the feature is rather trivial, is there any chance this could be backported to the rpm next release in CentOS Stream 9?
