For each Stream version we have compose jobs in Jenkins to trigger the compose itself and to trigger testing once the compose is finished.

We should have those jobs emit a Fedora messaging message when the compose completes, and on a success/failure of the tests so that we know which composes are "good" to import into infrastructures like beaker
