There are many Fedora ELN packages that utilize rpmautospec.  CentOS Stream 10 dist-git repos will be synced directly from Fedora's dist-git.  Thus rpmautospec needs to be installed on CentOS Stream koji so these packages will build correctly.

Please install koji-builder-plugin-rpmautospec-0.3.5 on CentOS Stream Koji.

This needs to be done before the initial CentOS Stream 10 mass build, so this is fairly urgent
