Storage cleanup

Our storage is getting full and needs clearning. There was some one-off cleaning done in the past, and we're also working on setting up automatic ways of doing that, including defining a proper cleanup policy for builds, images, composes, etc.

This epic tracks this, and could serve as a future reference on what's been done already.
