I found that CentOS Stream 8 repositories contain only module perl:5.32.

When we created module perl:5.32, we had to also rebuild all dependencies on module perl.
All modules added for perl:5.32 are listed in errata RHEA-2022:1869

All these modules need to be rebuild for module perl:5.32 in CentOS Stream 8:
perl-App-cpanminus
perl-DBD-MySQL
perl-DBD-Pg
perl-DBD-SQLite
perl-DBI
perl-FCGI
perl-IO-Socket-SSL
perl-YAML
perl-libwww-perl
