Deploy a MBS VM in stg env to test mbs upgrade (functional test)

    Description

      We'd need to deploy a new VM in our tiny "upshift" project that would act as a mbs service in staging environment.

      That would give us confidence that we can then promote that version to prod environment and upgrade through ansible automation.
