When trying to run rebase build for qemu-kvm package [1], I hit following issue:

  /usr/bin/ld: cannot open linker script file /opt/rh/gcc-toolset-12/root/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/12/libgcc_s.so: Too many open files

  clang-15: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)

When build the same srpm on brew, build pass without issues [2].
