After recent koji migration, we realized that the existing mbs role for ansible and CentOS Stream infra are really not reflecting the current situation.

To be able to replay that role we need to ensure that :

• module-build-service (and deps) pkg is in the buildtools repo (tested and tagged to -release tag so signed with infra sig key)
• role can be played without modifying existing node
• role can be played on fresh node (testing)
• role doesn't depend anymore on epel8/infra tags (which we don't control)
