NFS share/export creation and migration for koji

We'd need to migrate NFS storage for kojihub.

Proposed action :

• IT-Storage team creates LUN based on our request
• only one node can mount it RW (to transfer data and measure perfs)
• we then ask for ACL change with whole range/list
• we migrate koji to use new LUN (reflect path change)
• we decommission old lun
• adapt backup plan
