EAP devfile doesn't compile (7.2.0 vs. 7.3.0?)

      Cannot compile the EAP 7.3 devfile project.

      Both the Build and Hot update tasks are failing with error 137.

      Deployed on OCP 4.4 using https://codeready-iokhrime-crw-4.apps.ocp44.crw-qe.com/dashboard/#/ide/admin/java-eap-maven-8487i?tab=getStarted
