Description of problem:

When advanced authorization is enabled user sees Error [object object] instead of User 'user' is not authorized to create a project. Please contact your system administrator.

Steps to reproduce:

• Enable advanced auth for a particular user and add it into denyUsers list - https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_openshift_dev_spaces/3.24/html/administration_guide/configuring-devspaces#configuring-advanced-authorization
• ERROR: Once the user tries accessing the dashboard, the Error [object object] is shown
