Description of problem:

The failure happens in creation of cheCluster, 
pod: Plugin-registry container image: registry.redhat.io/devspaces/pluginregistry-rhel9@sha256:a73ad28410695c807ccde89e3e078ef77160b192a6d4ca2bec9060029d1a0b86  is not up

install DS 3.25-RC-11.11 , either by Jenkins job or manual

Actual results:

error in the plugin-registry pod:

cp: cannot open '/var/lib/pgsql/15/data/old/pg_logical/replorigin_checkpoint' for reading: Permission denied
