Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to user Dashboard and create Empty workspace.
2. Open Vs Code Editor in Empty workspace and clone project from GitHub repo https://github.com/crw-qe/ubi9-based-sample-public.git
3. Open folder "ubi9-based-sample-public" and checkout to "ubi9-init" branch.
4. Restart workspace using the command "Top menu > View > Command pallet > Dev Spaces: Restart Workspace from Local Devfile."

Actual results:

"Cannot reconnect. Please reload the window." error popup appeared.

Expected results:

User redirected to start workspace page without any error popup.
