We have to post a zip of the DSC sources to https://developers.redhat.com/products/openshift-dev-spaces/download along with the binaries. Once we release from Konflux this should be handled by the source container that gets created, but while we're still releasing via the old method I'll need a tarball to give to Chris.

It would be helpful if it were created during the build with the other artifacts.
