= Non-admin users can't fetch list of workspaces with the JetBrains Gateway plugin

Before this release, there was an issue with non-admin users using the JetBrains Gateway plugin. If the users created a workspace and later tried to access it locally on their computer by using the JetBrains Gateway plugin, the fetched list of workspaces would be empty. With this release, the issue is fixed.
