could we have a file like VERSION but for the che-theia branch to use

CHE_THEIA_VERSION with 7.13.x inside ? (so it's not inside any ci script)
because it's not obvious as well for ppl wanted to rebuild that they need to provide 1000 parameters just to be in 'default' mode of what is currently produced.
I was referring to:

./build.sh --nv 10.20.1 --ctb master --tb master --tgr eclipse-theia/theia --all
