Problem
After the local JetBrains IDE is connected to DevWorkspace, the network connection on the local machine might be lost (e.g., on closing the laptop lid). After restoring it, JetBrains IDE is not reconnected to the server. Currently, the only way to connect an IDE to the server is to reopen the IDE.

Sugestion
The Gateway plugin can watch for an IDE connection and restore it after losing/restoring a network connection.
