Currently the docs say use 'oc' to uninstall the OpenShift Dev Spaces instance. Then the instructions talk about using a Dev Spaces CLI 'dsc' to remove the resources. At the end of the page there is a link to the docs that show how to remove DevWorkspace Operator resources using 'oc' commands, but those instructions are part of a section about the Dev Spaces web terminal. Pretty confusing. We (RH) should be more direct about how exactly a customer should remove Dev Spaces, and those instructions should be in the Unistalling Dev Spaces section of the docs.

What we have found is that removing the Dev Spaces operator from the installed operators GUI does not remove all of the resources associated with Dev Spaces, and can result large platform costs with orphaned resources.
