Description of problem:

Resource utilization is not displayed for specific workspaces but for the entire node in IntelliJ IDEA editor - Openshift Dev Spaces

Openshift Dev Spaces 3.19

Steps to Reproduce

 Create a sample workspace 

 Check the resource utilization of the workspace

Actual results:

Resource utilization is not showing for specific workspace but for whole node where the workspace is running.

Expected results:

Resource utilization should show for specific workspace also.
