With DevWorkspace Operator completing its first release (0.33.0) on Konflux, we need to make sure that all steps are properly documented:

• "bootstrapping" of the new minor/bugfix versions, initializing/updating all information that is required by Konflux
• build of containers, bundles and FBCs, passing Enterprise Contract (Conforma), handling CVEs
• producing release candidate IIBs, and performing prod release pipelines
