Description of problem:

When the client installed DS v3.19.0, including the DevSpaces extension, and an empty workspace was created for IDEA Ultimate Desktop, it won't connect.

After the implementation of CRW-3086, the customer was trying to connect to the JetBrains Gateway, and it was not able to connect.

Actual results:
- Unable to connect to the JetBrains Gateway.

Expected results:

• Connection to the JetBrains Gateway should be successful.

Reproducibility:

• Right now, only on the client's environment.
