Kitchensink-example sample is not working (git repo not existing)

      Default sample for EAP workspace - `kitchensink-example` is unable to git clone, because that repository doesn't exist.

      https://github.com/openshift-quickstart/kitchensink-example returns 404.
      I don't know if this repo was wrong from the beginning, or was removed...

      I would fix the samples.json by myself, but I don't know the proper quickstart to pack in CRW (and quick googling didn't help)
