We need to document all instances of manual interventions that happen in your CI process and how the next aspect of the job is triggered. This is defined as anything that prevents you from having the entire process automated, whether from a message trigger or scheduled job.

This includes processes that will never change such as documentation review or processes that we could hopefully alleviate, such as needing to manually enter parameters or set up environments.
