Use DevSandbox Stage with Dev Spaces 3.19.0.RC-26

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create and open Ansible sample in VS Code Editor from "User Dashboard > Create Workspace" page.
2. Open Ansible VSX extension.
3. Go to Ansible Lightspeed section and click on "Connect" button.

Actual results:

Empty page with message: "Error: invalid_request
Invalid redirect URI."
