Description of problem:

My customer is seeing an error:

Cannot activate the 'Python Debugger' extension because its dependency 'Python' failed to active

Activating extension 'ms-python.python' failed: Missing required @injectable annotation in: f... 

The customer reported:

We are experiencing an issue with the extensions in our UAT DevSpaces environment. When opening a code repository, a banner appears indicating an error with the Python Debugger (Couldn't activate the Python Debugger), Gitlab Platform (Couldn't get Gitlab Platform) and Activating extensions ''ms-python.python' failed. 

Please find attached the detailed output logs. We tried changing these extension versions, but after the reload this issue persists.
