Launch a RHPDS instance and install CRW
      Start any workspace
Install the openshift connector plugin and restart the workspace
Open the Openshift Application Explorer and try to create a new project on the logged in cluster

Launch a RHPDS instance and install CRW Start any workspace Install the openshift connector plugin and restart the workspace Open the Openshift Application Explorer and try to create a new project on the logged in cluster

The problem with the plugin is, that by default the plugin is logged onto the cluster as `inClusterUser` which doesn't have permission to manage projects.

Failed to create Project with error 'Error: Command failed: "/tmp/vscode-unpacked/redhat.vscode-openshift-connector.latest.qvkozqtkba.openshift-connector-0.1.4-523.vsix/extension/out/tools/linux/odo" project create test-project ✗ projectrequests.project.openshift.io is forbidden: User "system:serviceaccount:admin-codeready:che-workspace" cannot create resource "projectrequests" in API group "project.openshift.io" at the cluster scope '

If the user is manually logged out and logged in by another openshift user, the plugin works correctly
