Install Dev Spaces 3.19.0 on airgap cluster.
Create workspace from JBoss EAP 8.0 sample

Actual results:

Workspace failed to start because of error: Back-off pulling image "registry.redhat.io/devspaces/udi-rhel8"

JBoss EAP 8.0 sample uses registry.redhat.io/devspaces/udi-rhel8:3.19 image.

Expected results:

Workspace started successfully.
