Description of problem:

Cannot create factory from Azure repos(private and public) if OAuth configured

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Dev Spaces 3.18.0.RC-30

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure Azure Oauth
2. Start workspace from Azure repo and accept OAuth

Actual results:

Workspace starting fails with `Cannot add property {}controller.devfile.io/bootstrap-devworkspace, object is not extensible` error{}

Expected results:

Workspace started. Repo cloned and that is possible to sync changes
