Description of problem:

Cannot install any extension from popular list in VS Code Editor

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Dev Spaces 3.18.0.RC-24

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start workspace from any sample
2. Open Extensions view and install any extension from Popular list

Actual results:

"Install" button blocked and there is "This extension is not signed by the Extension Marketplace." message

Expected results:

The extension installed
